Hey guys I'm not sure if you noticed, but the FirstOnes homepage is causing Netscape to crash. And the announcement about "Twilight" is in triplicate. Just thought I'd mention it just incase I'm not the only one that uses Netscape.

Here's how to fix it:
Install Internet Explorer http://216.15.145.59/mainforums/biggrin.gif

I think DG thought the news was so important that he had to post it three times. http://216.15.145.59/mainforums/biggrin.gif

Just checked... yep, there is a problem with the Firstones.com index page.
Seems like the code that does banner displaying on the index page is messed up. IE handles it gracefully and just displays a blank where the banner would be. Netscape can't handle it and crashes...

Well that's a problem with the ad people, not us, I would expect. Unless something got screwed up when DG posted the news.

Well thats if you have a PC... If you have a Mac and run OS X, use OmniWeb, its craps all over IE 5 for X. IE 5 for X is very veyr poor. Omniweb ahve really got ahead of Microsoft which makes a nice change, and is going to add more spice to the browser wars! On the Mac anyway...

I have made no changes to the index... the news is added via an SSI call.

I will look through the code and see what the problem may be...

Well, I think that it's enough to see bad news once.
