Judging by the facial hair (I think he had a full beard at the end of season 4), I'm guessing that's from The Very Long Night of Londo Mollari, when Londo and Sheridan had the conversation on death (memorable dialog: "So, tell me, Sheridan, what is it like being dead?" "Well, I wasn't dead that long, but it was long enough to know I didn't like it."
