Nope. It was Acorn (who used to own the OS, make the hardware and generally fail to sell computers to anyone other than the education market) that was broken up (they didn't go bankrupt). RISC OS Ltd are part owned by Pace, and the OS is still being actively developed (the Digital TV boxes tend to use it, as do a number of the Web TVs - Bush, Alba etc).
