I have the new ship pack, the cluster test, and the ini files. I can't get the ship pack to work. where does it go?

mods folder and don't extract it

It is in the mods folder. I-war won't register it.

What do you mean? The button doesn't work? Try clearing all the mods entries in flux.ini.
