Babylon 5 v2.0 is HERE! Our last best hope for peace has been completely redesigned! This is high-resolution version 2.0 is available at the Main Site (http://mods.firstones.com/buda5/).
NOTE: Babylon 5 v1.0 is still available as a low-resolution version.

try it again. if it still isn't working u probably need to reinstall Iwar2.

IIRC it can also depend on what section of the campaign you're doing as well. Try it at different points in the campaign. If it never works, then go with Logic's advice :)
