i'm new here. sanfam told me to join.

i'm so frusturated with trying to learn cgi. i get no help at all for any question that's already covered in thousand page plus faq. don't they realize i seek their help because they can give me what the faq can't, human interaction?

sigh. i'm so frusturated.

Welcome, sleepy newbie.

We haven't seen much posting in this forum lately, but ask away. There are some real talents on this board, including some of the original B5:ITF developers lurking in the shadows.

I'm currently learning CGI and Perl, but I know PHP fairly well ;)

Well... The CGI that is used here is Computer Graphics (CG). When they named this forum and made me moderator for it, I was expecting to handle Lightwave 3D questions...

Most everyone comes in here thinking CGI / Perl... :)

So, I guess we should leave it at that since we'll likely get more questions about that instead eh?

but the forum says programming too, so it may be a coincidence that the question was about CGI :)
