Awesome job man... I just have a question, is the view from a borg cube and are all the star ships attacking it? Or have I totally missed it... either way, very nice....

Planet looks pretty decent. Though it looks like its catching the light from the photon torpedos.

Maybe its just that light?

Maybe its just me? =P

it torpedoes are set to 2% light http://www.firstones.com/forums/smile.gif
just enpugh to simulate the Glow of torpedoes...
I am going to toy with the lens flare some more. I have set a goal to create an array pf weapons from startrek by the end of the month. Think of it as a five year plan, shortened to a few days http://www.firstones.com/forums/smile.gif

You ever go steal some images from NASA for planets or other celestrial objects? They have actual pictures of the planets and such.

Really makes for some great planet textures =P

Looks great, only the Constution and Miranda's look way better then the TNG ships, those look very low detail.

Hey, the Steamrunner wasn't being viewed from a good perspective, and the Akira is really nice because ALL details are contained within the mesh...
The meshes of the constitution and miranda rock http://www.firstones.com/forums/smile.gif
they are the most amazing, and, have all the data files contained within the mesh http://www.firstones.com/forums/smile.gif
nifty stuff, one file ships and all http://www.firstones.com/forums/biggrin.gif

Ok, here is my tribute to NASA and their great pics of the universe.

Capable of making 5 minutes worth of work look pretty decent. =P
