When asked about more live action “Babylon 5,” Straczynski said Warner Bros has finally noticed the franchise makes money and is interested in doing more in that universe. The recent Writer’s strike prevented more work from happening, as the studio did not commission a script before the strike action began.

I believe JMS said the next DVD would have a Garibaldi story (the one that was going to be on this one before they decided to go from three stories a disc to two) and a Londo story.

Great news about the Lost Tales. As long as it's better than the one about Lochley and the possession it should be great!

Bit of bad news I did spot in there tho: " He also said the spin-off series “Crusade” would not be revived in any format or medium.". BOOHOO!

That's been, like, old news since 2000 ;)

I doubt he's changed his mind since he stated that Crusade was a TV story, and he'd rather tell it as TV or not at all.

Well, he's apparantly going to reveal what he had planned for Crusade in the Crusade script books.
You know, I totally missed that book 13 came out last Janurary. I think I'll just buy it with 14 when that comes out since I haven't had time to finish 12 yet.

I've got my name down to buy all 14 in one go on launch day.

I'll pay anything 2 read that Crusade plan! How many of the episodes did JMS rite for Crusade? It'd probably be split across two books at least...

You never know, he might even publish the unfilmed scripts with them too.

I know of two scripts for Crusade that JMS wrote, and I've read them as well, back when they were on some site, Facebook or Bookface or something. There was also one by Fiona Avery about Bester that I've read, but that one didn't look like a script exactly. I think JMS also said that there will be other script books released with the scripts of the episodes from the other writers collected in them.
I'm pretty sure that JMS said that he's going to include those two unfilmed scripts in his Crusade books.

Hope to see them soon

The Fiona Avery one is: "Value Judgments"
And the two JMS ones is Season One's main arc story: "To the Ends of the Earth", and the Season One finale: "End of the Line".

I believe there other never produced episodes were: "Tried and True" and a trilogy of episodes about the technomages. Neither of which I've read or seen outlines for.

But I'd love 2!
