I believe their is a need for a room or area which just has updates on whats goin on so far and who's handiling what, such as the open letter to the developers and the Sierra petition. Also the contact list should be moved there, along with ideas on how to turn it into a more managible database.
Further more it should have a list of contacts that we should continue to attempt to gain attention from, along with a list of various groups that we might want to lay off on before they just get upset at us for swamping their email servers.
It also will serve as housing projects that are in advanced stages (such as Chrome Tiger's open letter) and allow cronstructive critisism of them, by everybody without worry of it getting barried in the moras of other messages.
Most ideas will still be swaped in the general forum, but once it looks like is getting finalized to being done, and is important it should be moved over into the "War room" this will allow us to more streamline our various activities, so effort can be more readily foccused where it is needed, and instead of fruitless duplication of effort.
